Nigerian record label, Squareball Entertainment collaborates with music business agency, Beast NG to provide effective communications strategies for the label’s frontline artist, 1da Banton.

Beast NG is a tech-savvy music business agency focused on talent development, distribution, public relations and communications. They help artists and record labels develop their brand influence through effective management, PR and communications strategies. Running for years in handling rollouts for popular clients, they’ve effectively contributed in providing effective strategies for navigating the music business.

1da Banton is a popular Nigerian singer, songwriter and record producer, signed to Squareball Entertainment, headed by renowned video director, Adasa Cookey. With an EP, an album and multiple singles including the acclaimed ‘No Wahala’ and its remix which features Kizz Daniel and Tiwa Savage to his name, his run in the Nigerian music indsutry has been seamless. The project will see Beast NG translate the visions of the artist through effective communications strategies.

Commenting on the collaboration, Beast NG’s founder, Peter Okhide made a remark, he said, “I think Africa as a continent has always had a story-telling problem for ages, important events of history have not been properly documented and communicated, and that’s why Beast NG is headed towards that direction. In the music business, we want to document, preserve, provide accurate data, tell stories, and develop communication strategies that will construe the vision of the artistes to the target audience and amplify the reach of the art.”
