A teenage student from Russia has been inspired by American rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine to cover his face with similar tattoos as reported by The Daily Mirror.

The 17-year-old loyal fan, called Vladimir Roslyakov, had his mum pay for the facial ink so he can look like his favourite celebrity. He further revealed that he discovered 6ix9ine a year ago and fell in love with his art.

Although he was first inspired by the artist’s tattoos, the teenager has since come to also like his music. In his words:

At first, I was shocked how you could get such tattoos on your body but then liked it and got one of those too.

When asked about how his mum feels paying for the tattoo and how his family feels about it, he says:

She pays for them because she knows that I’ll do it anyway so it’s better for me that I have them done in a tattoo salon rather than God knows where. They now don’t react to them (tattoos) but they are at least happy when a new one is not on my face.

The teenager has also vowed to launch his own rap career this year while getting more tattoos.

Tekashi 6ix9ine is an American rapper. His music has been marked by an aggressive style of rapping, while his controversial public persona is characterized by his distinctive rainbow-colored hair, extensive tattoos, public feuds with fellow celebrities, and legal issues.

He has been serving a two-year prison sentence in the United States after he pleaded guilty to conspiracy, drug offenses, drug trafficking, and firearm offenses.

Although he recently got out of jail, he is, however, serving the remaining 4 months under house arrest due to the novel coronavirus outbreak.
