Tekno dismisses rumours of on-stage collapse in South Africa
Nigerian singer and producer Tekno has refuted rumours that he collapsed during a recent performance in South Africa.
Online reports on Tuesday particular on X (formerly Twitter) claimed that Tekno, who is currently on tour, collapsed to a seizure during a performance.
However, the singer has denied these claims.

The viral video shows men assisting a singer who collapsed, but Tekno has confirmed that he was not the individual in the video.
Tekno took to Instagram to dismiss the collapse rumours.
He wrote on Instagram with his photographs: “Hey guys, I’m hale and hearty and not currently in South Africa. I hope whoever that was in the video is doing well and ok. Thank you, guys. Love you.”
Also, speaking about the singer’s collapse rumours, Mr. Eazi said Tekno is in Malabo, capital of Equatorial Guinea.

Guardian Life gathered that it was a video clip of Kenyan rapper, Prezzo CMB who collapsed in June.
The rapper collapsed while attending a star-studded event in Nairobi which was also attended by Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
Prezzo collapsed during the official launch of a Netflix reality TV series by Bahati, known as The Bahati’s Empire.
