I used to hate exercise until i found these tips I am about to share with you now. One thing about exercise is that it pays off, and if you decide for yourself you are not going to be part of this healthy lifestyle, i can assure you that, sooner or later you will begin to see the effects, either good or bad, as the case may be.

If you happen to be having a bit of issues going to the gym, running or engaging in other forms of exercise, consider these tips needful because I actually used it and till date, it still works for me. By not giving up and looking for a way you could enjoy working out, you stand to a chance to make something great out your of life, which is your health.

Here are some tips to make exercise something you actually want to do!

Get a Partner – Get someone to run, jug, train or go to the gym with. Pick someone who is committed to their health not just anybody out there, so you don’t end up getting discouraged after sometimes, just because someone could not sustain the vibe. This gives you a whole lot value. You get to keep fit and also create room for socialisation. You might not know what that one person out there has to offer you; Business, contract, friendship, information, etc. But then, you might not get it by staying indoors. So get going!

Start with Short Routines – You don’t have time or gusto to last an hour in your workouts? Go for shorter ones. You could try twenty or thirty minutes to start with. Shorter workouts can be better than longer ones if the intensity is there. Mind you, you need to do something that gives you joy-so if long hour routines are going to drain you out and discourage you at the long run, better to start with short hour routines and when consistently done could progress to longer ones.

Music – I couldn’t think of a better way to head out for a run, than to first ensure my play set and ear bugs are set to ride with me. To a lot of folks out there, this feeling is the same; music just has a way of keeping you company and energised.  It enhances and lubricates your workout than when you head out without it! You should try that.

New Challenges –Sticking to the same type of exercises can get boring at times, so mix it up by introducing an unusual workout challenge, something you love also. You and your gym partner can figure out what other fitness types you can quickly transition to that would be fun doing. For instance, if you have just been running you can add sit-ups to it.  From there to push-ups, yoga poses, weight lifting etc. If you aren’t very sure where to get ideas, look through the net for fitness tips and routines to choose one that would meet your needs most.

Record Improvements –Recording your fitness or body improvements could go a long way to encourage you to become more committed. For instance, recording weight loss or muscle gain is a good interest booster. Things to keep record of during this time includes your; fitness level, body mass, muscles building, weight loss, strength, endurance and flexibility levels. This way you can be encouraged by your accomplishments.

Set Goals –Set fitness goals- goals to beat your past records in days to come. Whatever fitness levels you seem to be playing out now, set a goal to move to the next level of challenge. When you know you can successfully stretch beyond what you thought you couldn’t do yet, gives you a lot more motivation to want to do more!
