Coleslaw can safely be kept for up to five days if it is kept in the refrigerator and has not been taken out and placed back in for an extended period of time. Like many other things with a life span, coleslaw is not found wanting. It’s crucial to keep in mind that this is the maximum period of time it should be retained.
