Twitter has removed its verification status for users with its blue tick after its announcements of its charges. Twitter has removed its verification status for users with its blue tick after its announcements of its charges.
Taking to Twitter, popular Nigerian actress, Funke Akindele, also known as Jeniffa has reacted to this; she said in her short Tweet,

It should also be noted that various celebrities have had their blue ticks removed, due to failure to comply with its new policy.
