Widely recognized as the head honcho of Concept Swagga Skillz Entertainment, a record label that has served as the creative home for artists such as Phemmy G (Nitro), Damilarey, and boasts affiliations with Afrobeats veteran, Lord of Ajasa, Buushbaby has undergone a significant shift in his professional trajectory, transitioning from a record label CEO to a full-time singer and songwriter.
In a statement provided to music executive, Peter Okhide, Buushbaby revealed the catalyst that propelled him into the world of music creation.

“Spending time in the studio with my artists back then made me realize how talented I am. I made important contributions to our music-making process. Taking a bold step, I decided to start recording music myself, and I never looked back,” he shared, reflecting on the transformative moment that redirected his career path.
Over the past few years, Buushbaby has demonstrated his musical prowess with noteworthy releases such as ‘I Don Taya’ and ‘Awe,’ establishing himself as an artist to watch. Eager to build on his journey, he expressed his anticipation for the upcoming year, stating, “I have a lot in store for my core fans in 2024.”
