Less than a year after it was released, Wizkid‘s album “Made In Lagos” has hit one billion streams across all streaming platforms.

The album has 322 million streams on Apple Music, 229 million streams on Spotify, 227 million streams on YouTube, over 140 million streams on Audiomack, over 40 million streams on Boomplay and 20.1 million streams on Pandora.

Made in Lagos is Wizkid’s fourth studio, it was released on 30 October 2020 by Starboy Entertainment and RCA Records. It features guest appearances from British artists Skepta and Ella Mai, American R&B singer H.E.R., Jamaican artists Projexx and Damian Marley, and Nigerian artists Burna Boy, Tay Iwar, Terri and Tems, the latter of whom features on the international-charting song “Essence”.

The deluxe edition of the album was released with guest appearances from Nigerian artist Buju and Canadian singer Justin Bieber.
