Get Guardian on GoogleFormer Deputy Senate President Ike Ekweremadu yesterday said the 2010 Electoral Act provided for electronic voting contrary to widely held view.
He spoke when the Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) for Osun State was being screened in Abuja.
“As I speak to you now, there is a provision in the (2010) Electoral Act, Section 52(2), that contains the issue of electronic voting,” the Enugu lawmaker stated.
