Ahead 2027, governor Hyacinth Alia of Benue state aon Wednesday drummed support for President Bola Tinubu before a mammoth crowd of party supporters in Makurdi.

Alia while addressing APC supporters at the IBB square at the inauguration ceremony of one of his re-election campaign groups, the Renewed Hope Ambassadors told the people that President Tinubu stands by his words.

“When Tinubu says I will do this, he does it. That is why there are a lot of federal government projects in Benue state. We need to follow who know road. Our president knows road”.

The governor observed a minute silence for four members of the party from Ogbadigbo local government council who lost their lives on their way back from the zonal convention of the party in Lafia.

In a direct appeal to women, governor Alia said that even though unmarried, he remains the best option for them as he has represented their interests and ensure that whatever accrues to them gets to them.
