The walk started from the hospital premises and terminated at Uselu Market, where traders and other persons were sensitised on healthy living and gains of physical activities by the Head of Physiotherapy Department, Dr. Taiwo Oyewunmi.

Participants in the exercise include: students, members of the public and health enthusiasts.

Some health workers, who participated in the exercise, told The Guardian that the over 40 minutes walk is aimed at improving quality of life, reducing factors that cause disease such as diabetes and hypertension, as well as discouraging sedentary lifestyle.
