The Commissioner for Petroleum in Abia State, Mr. Chizuru Kanu, has alerted relevant authorities of another leakage of petroleum products in the state.

Kanu, who disclosed this in a press release, said the leakage was reported to be on NNPC pipeline at Umuinwere and Amaukwu villages in Obokwe autonomous communities.

He said it is located between Kilometer 38 and 43 at the villages in Ukwa West Local Council Area of the state.

He advised members of the public, particularly residents of the area and visitors, to avoid the areas along the affected pipeline.
