Access Bank installs toilet facilities, borehole in Surulere
As part of efforts to raise the stake in community development and improve the well being of the people, the Business Banking Division of Access Bank Plc has donated 10 units of bathroom and toilet facilities each and a borehole to Surulere Community in Ajegunle area of Lagos state.
Speaking at the commissioning of the facilities, an Executive Director of the bank, Titi Osuntoki, said it embarked on the project to improve the poor hygienic condition and enhance the standard of living of the community.
Chairman of Ifelodun Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Aminu Adebimpe, commended the bank, describing the intervention as a gesture that would remain indelible in the history of the community.
He urged the community to ensure proper maintenance of the facilities to encourage the bank to do more for them.
