Says God has ordained Nigeria’s next President in 2027
The General Overseer (GO) of The Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Enoch Adejare Adeboye, has called on Nigerians to embrace purposeful living that positively impacts society and reflects divine intention.

Adeboye gave the charge, yesterday, during a monthly thanksgiving church service held at the RCCG Headquarters, Throne of Grace Parish, Ebute-Metta, Lagos, themed: “Created for Greater Impact.”

The cleric, while addressing the congregation, stated that every individual is created with a unique purpose that must be discovered and fulfilled to justify one’s existence.

Adeboye also said that Nigeria’s next President in 2027 had already been ordained by God.

The cleric, therefore, assured Nigerians that tomorrow would be alright, going by the timetable of God’s plan for His own children, adding that Nigerians have a role to play in ensuring the fulfilment of God’s plan for the country.

In his remark, Special Assistant to the General Overseer (Administration) and Pastor of RCCG Region 1, Dele Balogun, stressed the critical role of media professionals in nation-building.

He urged employers, governments and relevant stakeholders to prioritise people’s welfare.

Balogun noted that media practitioners often operate under challenging and sometimes hazardous conditions in the course of their duties, stressing that their contributions should not go unnoticed.

“Those who come in contact with media practitioners should appreciate, encourage and support them. More importantly, they must be adequately remunerated, considering the risks they take in the line of their duty,” he said.
