Akeredolu, Mimiko greet Christians
Ondo State Governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has urged Nigerians to put the ethnic and religious clash that occurred during the recent general elections behind them.
In a message signed by the acting governor, Lucky Ayedatiwa, the governor said: “Nigeria is one indivisible entity. Our quest for a better and prosperous country must only be fired with our resolve to be united and strengthen our sovereignty with love that is untainted.”
On his part, former governor, Dr. Olusegun Mimiko, in a message signed by Special Assistant on Media and Digital Communications, JohnPaul Akinduro, said: “There is no question about Nigeria undergoing some teething issues often associated with fledgling democracy like ours, but we shall overcome.”
