The Africa Real Estate Innovation Summit of Excellence (ARISE Africa) 2026 is set to explore innovative solutions, investment opportunities and strategic partnerships for Africa’s rapidly expanding property market.
The summit scheduled for August 15, 2026 in Lagos, will bring together leading real estate stakeholders from across the continent.
The summit also forms part of activities commemorating the 10th anniversary of Billionaires Realtors Group (BRG) Network, an organisation that has played a significant role in the training, development and empowerment of real estate professionals across Africa.
In a statement, the President of BRG Network, Dr. Emmanuel Abikoye, said the summit would serve as a landmark gathering of visionary leaders, investors, developers, policymakers, innovators and industry professionals committed to shaping the future of real estate on the continent.
Abikoye said ARISE Africa was conceived from the belief that Africa’s real estate sector possesses enormous potential to drive economic growth, create wealth, transform communities and redefine the future of African cities.
He disclosed that the summit would feature distinguished speakers and delegates from Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania and the Republic of Benin, adding that the organisers intend to take the conference to different African countries in the coming years to strengthen continental collaboration and accelerate the growth of the real estate industry.
According to him, notable speakers expected at the summit include Dr. Emmanuel Abikoye, Dr. Tony Aspire Kolawole, Hon. Gbenga Adeleke, HRM Oba Adeoye, Festus Adebayo, Olufemi Adewole, QS David Mathu Njuguna, Hon. Sylvester Ogunkelu, Marco Silabi, Ugochukwu Obi-Chukwu, Akin Opatola, Chude Osiegbu, Nnamdi Uba, Tope Mark-Odigie, Sade Hughes, Christian Agossa, Dr. Roland Igbinoba, Zachary Kanyatta Munene, and Riyah Abdul.
“As the continent continues to rise, there is an increasing need for meaningful conversations, strategic partnerships, innovative solutions and investment opportunities capable of unlocking sustainable development at scale.
“This summit provides a platform where ideas become opportunities, relationships become partnerships and vision becomes measurable impact. Together, we will explore the trends, technologies, investments and leadership required to shape the next chapter of Africa’s real estate story,” Abikoye said.
Highlighting BRG Network’s achievements over the past decade, Abikoye said the company has grown into one of Nigeria’s largest real estate marketing organisations, with a network of more than 120,000 real estate marketing professionals and over $1billion in property sales in partnership with leading real estate developers.
He added that, as a subsidiary of Vista Holdings, BRG has established a strong operational presence, a vibrant realtor ecosystem, and a recognised market footprint, positioning the organisation for greater continental influence.
Also, the co-founder of Billionaire Realtors Group, Hon. Gbenga Adeleke, noted that Africa’s urban population is growing faster than that of any other region in the world, presenting both significant opportunities and pressing challenges in housing delivery, infrastructure, urban development, sustainability and real estate financing.
According to him, ARISE Africa was established to convene industry leaders who are driving innovation and transforming the future of real estate across the continent.
“ARISE Africa is more than a conference. It is the platform where Africa’s real estate future is defined, capital is connected and industry leadership is established,” Adeleke stated.
The Chairman of the Lagos State Chapter of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN), Kolawole Tony Aspire, described the summit as an emerging platform for thought leadership and investment promotion across Africa.
Kolawole, who is also a Co-founder of BRG Network, said participants would gain valuable insights into emerging market trends, investment opportunities, innovative development models and policy directions shaping Africa’s built environment.
“ARISE Africa is where Africa’s real estate future is discussed, defined and translated into action. It offers an unparalleled opportunity to connect with industry leaders, build strategic partnerships, access high-value networks and position businesses at the centre of Africa’s most important real estate conversations,” he said.
