The Governor of Bauchi State, Senator Bala Mohammed, has urged Nigerians to support the families of fallen heroes who sacrificed a lot for the country.

Speaking during the 2025 Armed Forces Remembrance Day held at IBB Square, Bauchi, the governor said the fallen heroes contributed unwaveringly to the security and stability of the country.

He called on all active service members to remain steadfast and resilient in safeguarding Nigeria’s sovereignty, adding that their dedication and service are the bedrock of Nigeria’s peace and unity.

“Furthermore, I urge everyone to continue supporting the families of our fallen heroes, ensuring they are not forgotten. Their sacrifices deserve our eternal gratitude and commitment,” he said.

Mohammed was joined at the occasion by esteemed individuals, including the Emir of Bauchi, Dr. Rilwanu Sulaiman Adamu, and the heads of security formations.
