Bigly Group chairman, Abig Nwankwo, spreads Christmas joy to over 2,000 Anambra residents
In a heartwarming celebration, the Chairman of Bigly Group, Ichie Kennedy Chimezie Nwankwo, popularly known as Abig Nwankwo, brought Christmas cheer to the residents of Okija in Ihiala Local Government, Anambra State. The festivities, organized by the Bigly Foundation, witnessed an impressive turnout, surpassing previous years’ celebrations.
The annual event, which took place in Okija, drew over 2,000 participants, including both indigenes and non-indigenes. Abig Nwankwo, alongside his wife Ambassador Lilian Chinasa Nwankwo, a co-founder of the Foundation, actively participated in the joyful festivities, marking the end of the year’s activities for the Foundation.
The spirit of giving was evident as the Foundation distributed essential items such as bags of rice, groundnut oil, and other household necessities to the residents of Okija. The community expressed their gratitude and admiration for the Abig Nwankwo Foundation, emphasizing that the charitable gesture has been a consistent annual tradition since 2012, fully financed by the Foundation.
