The Commissioner of Justice, Mr Kaka-Shehu Lawan, announced the ban while speaking with newsmen on Tuesday in Maiduguri.

The task force comprised of police, Nigerian Seçurity and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) and members of the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF).
