Buhari swears in four advisers, permanent secretary

President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday swore in four special advisers and the recently appointed permanent secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

President Muhammadu Buhari yesterday swore in four special advisers and the recently appointed permanent secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The ceremony was held at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa before the commencement of the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting.

The presidential aides sworn in are Malam Tijanni Abdullahi, Special Adviser to the President on Budget and National Planning; Senator Babafemi Ojudu, Special Adviser to the President on Political Matters, Office of the Vice President; Dr. Adeyemi Dipeolu, Special Adviser on Economic Matters, Office of the Vice President and Mrs. Maryam Uwais, Senior Special Assistant to the President (SSAP) on Social Investment.

Ambassador Rafiu Enikanolaye was also sworn in as the permanent secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
