President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Zainab Bulkachuwa yesterday unveiled the Kano division of the facility at its temporary location within the Kano High Court complex in the ancient city with a pledge for speedy dispensation of justice in the country.
She explained that the event was part of the ongoing judiciary reform agenda in the most populous black nation.
Besides, Bulkachuwa reminded all that the opening of the Kano division, which would serve neighboring Jigawa and Katsina states, was geared at reducing cost of litigation, long distance, congestion of cases and increase access to justice.
