The National Chairman/Coordinator of Ijaws, Urhobos, Isokos, and Itsekiris 4 Tinubu, Anthony Tosan Prest, has announced the launch of a massive Pan-Africanist mobilisation effort to rally 44 million “Revolutionary Volunteers” in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election campaign in 2027.
Speaking at a Pan-African exhibition at the Silverbird Galleria, Abuja, over the weekend, Prest unveiled his initiative, branding it a “Bloodless Revolution” aimed at fostering national unity, self-determination, and socio-economic transformation.
“This is a new era. For the first time in our history, we have a leader who truly understands the system. President Tinubu is not just a Nigerian leader; he is an African warrior, a strategist, and a visionary. He has already begun the greatest transformation of Nigeria’s economy,” he said.
Prest, a former gubernatorial candidate in Delta State, emphasised that his movement seeks to promote national pride, economic empowerment, and unity among Nigerians.
He highlighted Tinubu’s major policy reforms, including local government financial autonomy and the Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway project, as proof of the administration’s commitment to development.
“The money that once disappeared is now reaching our people! Local government councils that used to receive N20 million monthly are now getting billions!” he asserted.
At the heart of the movement is a coalition of ethnic nationalities—including the Ijaws, Isokos, Urhobos, and Itsekiris—who, Prest said, are united in their commitment to Nigeria’s progress.
Prest framed the movement as part of a broader Pan-Africanist struggle against neo-colonialism, urging Nigerians to reclaim control over their destiny.
“We have survived slavery, colonisation, and now the invisible chains of neo-colonisation. They have sought to break us, to divide us, to steal our birthright, and to make us believe that we are weak. But today, we declare to the world—we are not weak! We are the richest, strongest, and most intelligent race on Earth,” be stated.
He further argued that Nigeria is a resource-rich nation being undermined by external influences.
“Nigeria is not a poor nation. That is a lie told to keep us in chains. We are sitting on a mountain of gold, a ball of gold, three times the size of the reserves of South Africa and Ghana combined!”
Prest’s ambitious plan seeks to build a massive grassroots movement spanning multiple ethnic and cultural groups, uniting them behind Tinubu’s leadership.
He called on Nigerians to join the campaign, positioning it as a defining moment for the country’s future.
