The Coalition of Nigerian Women Forum for Peace and Good Governance has honoured Pharm. Judith Ngozi Udeh, Principal Manager (Marketing) at Geneith Pharmaceuticals Limited, with the Leadership Peace Award of Excellence 2025, in recognition of her contributions to peace building and transformational leadership.
The award was presented at a ceremony held at Peace Media Hotel, Abuja, where Udeh, who is also the Founder of Geneith’s Hospital and Institutional Business, was celebrated for her impact in healthcare marketing, institutional outreach, and youth engagement, including the establishment of the Geneith Health Competition.
In her acceptance speech, Udeh expressed gratitude to the Coalition and dedicated the award to her team at Geneith Pharmaceuticals.
She described the honour as a reflection of the company’s collective efforts in health education and social responsibility.
While pledging to continue initiatives that foster peace, equity, and sustainable community development; Udeh highlighted the plight of the Nigerian girl child, stressing that challenges faced in early life often extend into adulthood. According to her, women must be provided with fair and supportive environments to thrive at all stages of life.
She further acknowledged the support of Chief Emmanuel Umenwa, Chairman of Geneith Pharmaceuticals Limited, and Prince Cletus Ilobanafor, MD/Founder of CEOAFRICA, whom she described as instrumental to her career growth and the success of the Geneith Health Competition.
In their citation, the Coalition commended Udeh for her pioneering efforts in launching new pharmaceutical products at the 97th Annual Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria (PSN) Conference in Uyo, noting that her work reinforced Geneith’s reputation for integrity, affordability, and innovation in Nigeria’s healthcare sector.
Describing her as a trailblazer and catalyst for positive change, the Coalition noted that the award was not only a recognition of Udeh’s past achievements but also a challenge for greater service in advancing peace, good governance, and healthcare development in Nigeria.
