Court grants Tim Elombah N.5m bail

Nigerian journalist Tim Elombah has been granted bail in the sum of N500, 000 by Justice Ajoke of the Abuja High Court, Wuse.
Nigerian journalist Tim Elombah has been granted bail in the sum of N500, 000 by Justice Ajoke of the Abuja High Court
The judge ordered that Elombah, who is the editor-in-chief of the online news medium, Elombah.com be released within 24 hours.
The judge made the order in a fundamental right application and N1b damages against IG and the Nigerian Police.
