Football and Fashion legend David Beckham recently met with popular Indian actor Shah Rukh Khan, when he visited Mumbai for the India vs New Zealand ICC World Cup semi-final,
During his three-day stay as UNICEF’s Goodwill Ambassador, he attended a dinner hosted by arguably the most popular Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan.
Beckham, expressing his gratitude on Instagram, after the dinner, called Shah Rukh Khan a ‘great man’ and thanked him for making his India visit ‘special.’ The post included a photo of their time together, and Beckham also thanked Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja for their warm hospitality.
Beckham attended the cricket match, met Sachin Tendulkar, and was seen cheering with Bollywood stars Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani. The football icon’s appreciation for the Bollywood hospitality added a touch of warmth to his visit.
