Dr Achimugu installed as FCT PCRC Matron, pledges stronger community–Police partnership

Distinguished business leader and philanthropist, Dr. (Mrs.) Aisha Sulaiman Achimugu, has been formally installed as the Matron of the Police Community Relations Committee (PCRC), Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Command.

The installation ceremony held on Wednesday, April 15, at the FCT Police Command Headquarters Abuja, marks a significant milestone in efforts to deepen collaboration between the Nigeria Police Force and the communities it serves, reinforcing the importance of shared responsibility in promoting public safety and trust.

Dr. Achimugu’s appointment reflects growing recognition of the role of private sector leaders in strengthening civic engagement, fostering community participation, and supporting sustainable security initiatives. It also highlights her longstanding commitment to nation-building, leadership excellence, and community development.
