EHA Impact Ventures (EIV) has announced a $1.25 million reinvestment in EHA Clinics, a Nigerian primary healthcare provider, to support the expansion of healthcare services, strengthen maternal care and create jobs.
The announcement was made during the Insights Learning Forum 2026, where representatives of both organisations discussed the impact of their partnership before an audience of health professionals, investors, development partners and social entrepreneurs.
According to EIV, the funding will be used to expand healthcare services in underserved communities, strengthen antenatal care and support employment as EHA Clinics extends its operations.
The investment represents EIV’s third funding commitment to EHA Clinics. The investor said its previous investments enabled the healthcare provider to establish three additional facilities and expand community outreach programmes, which it said now reach more than 20,000 additional people annually.
Chief Executive Officer of EHA Impact Ventures, Evelyn Castle, said the reinvestment reflected the organisation’s strategy of supporting businesses that combine commercial sustainability with measurable social impact.
“Our decision to reinvest in EHA Clinics reflects our commitment to businesses that demonstrate both operational resilience and measurable social impact. We believe that transformative healthcare solutions require long-term support.”
Chief Executive Officer of EHA Clinics, Dr Ifunanya Ilodibe, said the additional funding would help the organisation expand access to healthcare services and strengthen maternal and antenatal care.
“This investment comes at an important stage of our growth journey. It will enable us to expand access to quality healthcare, strengthen maternal and antenatal services, and continue reaching communities that have historically faced barriers to care.”
EIV said the reinvestment aligns with its broader strategy of supporting women-led and gender-smart businesses across Africa through long-term impact investments in health, nutrition and livelihoods.
The organisation added that its investment model combines funding with strategic support to help businesses scale while delivering measurable social outcomes.
