Governor Nasir El-Rufai has approved the appointment of heads of 15 agencies in Kaduna State.

A statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Communications, Muyiwa Adekeye, said three new persons had been elevated to head departments, while one other was redeployed.

He added that Dr. Joseph Maigari, a consultant psychiatrist with the state university, is the new head of the Bureau of Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (KADBUSA) while Ismail Umaru Dikko, formerly a special assistant to the governor, takes over as General Manager of the State Urban Planning and Development Agency (KASUPDA).
