Former Governor of Cross River State, Donald Duke, has charged Nigerians to embrace hardwork and professionalism in their respective callings, so that others can positively emulate them as worthy models at all times.
Duke, who made this remark at the formal commissioning of the Commint Buka, Ikeja, Lagos, also extolled the sterling virtues of its owners, Jeff Fayomi for providing employment to numerous Nigerians and improving their skills.
The former governor described the Ikeja outlet as the reward of success accruing from the earlier commissioned branch at Surulere branch in March 2014.
Duke enjoined other privileged, wealthy and opportuned Nigerians and corporate bodies to look inwards and positively invest in the nation’s economy, rather than wastefully siphoning such wealth abroad.
Fayomi expressed gratitude to the Duke’s family, for their continued support, which has inspired them to forge ahead with dogged strides for ultimate success at all times.
Highlights of the event were the presentation of awards to distinguished recipients who have contributed to the growth and expansion of the establishment
