There was a fire outbreak at the Synagogue Church of All Nations (SCOAN) located in the Agodo-Egbe area in the Ikotun area of Lagos State on Thursday evening.

The Guardian gathered that the fire which gutted the newly constructed plank houses and entrances at the church started around 6 p.m. and affected the precipice of the prayer mountain.

“The fire was very much but it did not affect the prayer mountain,” a source told The Guardian. ” It affected some wooden structures that people do walk through to gain access to the mountain. The fire was serious.

“It also affected the precipice of the mountain and it is about 40 meters away from the mountain.”
