The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ElanOrris Real Estate, Ayobami Alo, has advocated technology and innovative ideas in solving Nigeria’s real estate problems.

Alo recently made this charge during the third anniversary of the firm in Lagos.

He stressed that − to create real value in properties and places, and reshape real estate functionality in the country − cutting-edge ideas blended with ancient concepts and modern intelligence are unavoidable in offering real estate solutions to Nigerian investors.

He emphasised the need for real estate firms to raise the bar in the sector by leveraging technology, embracing innovation, and adapting to evolving market trends.

Also said their unwavering commitment to trust, excellence, integrity, and personalised service, and their investment in technology have propelled them forward in the industry.

Speaking on the anniversary, he said since the inception of ElanOrris in 2020 they have been deploying tailor-made and innovative solutions in actualising Nigerians’ real estate dreams.

“We are thrilled to mark the 3rd anniversary of ElanOrris and reflect on the remarkable achievements we have accomplished during this journey,” he said.

The Head of Sales at ElanOrris, Frank Ononye said they are aware of the trust their clients place in them in proffering solutions to their diverse needs. He added that it is their adoption of technology and leverage on value-creation that sets them apart in the industry.
