Its Academy Managing Director, James Abiona, said the move was to reawaken understanding of cooperative governance and the correlation between leadership and business.

Briefing reporters yesterday in Lagos ahead of its global leadership conference and wealth festival, the Regional Manager, International Operations, Abisola Awosanya, observed that the event, themed ‘The winning digital age’, is for all leaders.

The conference, she said, is for upwardly mobile individuals wishing to leverage the wisdom and experiences of amazingly top leaders.

Her words: “We are calling on people, who strive to become better leaders, who strive for more potential. In your sense of direction, you will be opened to new ideas on how to lead people around you, how to stop complaining of problems and the current challenges you are facing, and how to make a change.”

She explained that the gathering would enlighten people and come up with a realistic agenda to lay a sustainable path for leadership.

Organised by Gtext Homes and sponsored by Stephen Akintayo Consulting, the conference is held in Dallas, Texas, United States, Dubai, London and Lagos.

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo and President Paul Kagame of Rwanda are among those to speak at the conference on July 20 in Dubai while real estate mogul, Grant Cardone will speak at the global wealth festival.

The global wealth festival holds on July 16 in Dallas, Dubai is October 8, and on October 16 for London, while the Lagos’s leg takes place on October 31.
