The electorate have been urged to vote out the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) come February 25 presidential election, to pave the way for good governance in the country.

Spokesman, Delta State Campaign Council of PDP, Latimore Oghenesivbe, said in a chat with The Guardian in Asaba, yesterday, that Nigerians could not afford to ignore the hardship imposed on them by the APC government.

Oghenesivbe said Nigerians must change the narrative by voting against the escalating mass suffering orchestrated by the APC government by giving block vote to PDP.

The PDP chief noted that since Nigeria’s independence in 1960, the nation had never experienced this high degree of low life, miserable life and dehumanising poverty for majority of citizens across the six geopolitical zones.

He said scarcity of naira notes in commercial banks, coupled with persistent increase in pump price of petrol is a clear indication that Nigeria has been obviously mismanaged and destroyed socioeconomically by the President Muhammadu Buhari administration.

“Today, Nigeria is at her lowest level of development and socioeconomic disaster looms because of the APC bad governance.

“The only solution to this acute poverty and hardship is for Nigerians to vote the presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and his running mate, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa, and other candidates.

“We have not experienced this type of monumental hardship and poverty since our nation’s independence in 1960, and never again shall this level of bad governance be allowed in Nigeria.”
