‘Give your best, contribute your quota to develop Nigeria’

Graduating students of Unique Group of Schools, Isheri-Magodo, Lagos have been urged to be shinning examples by contributing to the nation’s development. The guest speaker at the school’ valedictory service, Mr. Churchill Udoh noted that the pressure that comes with adolescence is enormous that it creates a battle line for a future of success or failure. He, therefore, urged them to be responsible, avoid bad company, because it will corrupt and distract them from their purpose in life.

“Pick excellence, choose to be a leader, be the light of the world,” he said. Chairman of the event, Mr. Igbiti Friday admonished the students not to rely on inheritance, as any young person that puts his hope on his parents’ property will end up destroying his or her life. He tasked them on working for their own riches.

Vice Chairman, Unique Group of Schools, Dr. Martins Agwogie urged the students to be good ambassadors and not forget the values they have accumulated over the years. The school’s Chief Executive Officer, Mrs. Esther Ayere-Alatishe assured parents of continuous support and proper upbringing of the children, imploring the students to contribute positively to the nation’s development.
