Government rewards performing MSMEs in August

To promote the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the Federal Government is to reward distinguishable industrialists.

To promote the growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), the Federal Government is to reward distinguishable industrialists.

Vice Chairman, MSMEs Awards, Monday Ewans, said the event, which holds on August 1, 2019 in Abuja, would be cash-backed.

According to him, the awards are in 12 categories, including MSME of the Year; Young MSME of the Year; Most Friendly MSME State; Creative Arts and Agriculture and Manufacturing,

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the organisers listed the criteria to include outstanding business concept; locally produced goods; use of local technology and tax compliance.
