A youth group, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Youths has called on Nigerians worldwide irrespective of tribe, religion and political affiliation to support President Muhammadu Buhari’s anti-corruption war to build a stronger, indivisible nation.

The President of the group, Anya S. Anya, who made the appeal this at a press conference in Abuja said: “For the purpose of sincerity and good governance, we are totally in support of President Buhari’s anti-corruption policies because no society can genuinely develop or provide for its citizens with endemic massive corruption.

“We are calling on other Nigerian students/youths to stand against the activities of anti-progressive individuals or groups who are sowing seeds of discord among us.”

He stated further that, “the recent call for the prosecution of the Interior Minister, General Abdulrahman Dambazau (rtd) who has not been found guilty in the ongoing arms scandal, is unnecessary and a diversion from the current challenges in the country.”
