Insight Redefini appoints Ikpe group Chief Executive

The Board of Insight Redefini has announced the appointment of Dr. Ken Onyeali Ikpe as its Group Managing Director/Chief Executive.
According to the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Biodun Shobanjo: “The appointment coincides with the critical transformation stage of the group, which created the need to further fortify Insight Redefini in its disruptive leadership, irrefutable excellence and dominance of the integrated marketing communication value chain and enterprise transformation deep hindsight, clear foresight and AI-like actionable foresights.”

The appointment, which takes effect from December 3, would see Ikpe, who hitherto was the Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) take full responsibility for the Troyka/Publicis partnership (Insight Redefini), which is the holding company for Insight Publicis, Leo Burnett, Starcom Media Perspectives, All Seasons Zenith, Quadrant MSL and TCC Nigeria.

Ikpe joined Insight in 1995 as an Account Manager, rising to the position of Account Director before he was moved to the then All Seasons Mediacom in 2001 as COO and later as CEO until 2016, when upon the consummation of Troyka/Publicis Partnership and the formation of Insight Redefini in October 2016, he was promoted as its first Group COO.
