As the Ramadan continues, young women and youth from Nigeria and across several countries worldwide recently gathered virtually for the 10th edition of the Dare to Inspire (DTI) Mentoring Session, marking a decade of faith-rooted mentorship and impact.
Themed “Renewed Hope: Rooted in Faith,” the milestone edition addressed the emotional, spiritual, and social realities of today’s world, offering participants a reflective and empowering space to reconnect with faith, rediscover hope, and embrace purposeful
action.
The landmark event featured an accomplished line-up of women leaders and professionals, including Ini Zainab Abimbola, Founder of Thistlepraxis Consulting; Dr. Aishah Adams, Mind Doctor at Ed Siddiqah Foundation; Bimpe
Afolabi, Partner, Internal Audit & GRCS at KPMG West Africa; and Tope Fajingbesi, Founder and CEO of SHE-EO.

In her opening address, the convener of Dare to Inspire, Bunmi Ghiazat Adebimpe, reflected on DTI’s journey over the past ten years, describing the anniversary edition as a moment of renewal and re-anchoring in faith.
She emphasized that hope is not passive, but an active trust in God and unveiled the Dare to Inspire Mentorship Platform, a new digital initiative designed to extend DTI’s impact into sustained, faith-rooted guidance and mentorship.
