Jehovah’s Witnesses to hold conventions in 400 languages
One of the largest global conventions in 2019, spanning six continents and over 200 countries and presented in over 400 languages, will be coming to Lagos and surrounding cities between the weekends of August 30 and December 20, 2019.
Jehovah’s Witnesses will host a global series of three-day conventions with the theme, “Love Never Fails.” It is anticipated that there will be 39 conventions and will hold at the Lekki, Badagry and Daluwon Assembly Halls.
At Badagry Assembly Hall, programmes will hold each Friday – Sunday in English, Gun, Pidgin, Yoruba between September 13 and December 20, 2019. However, except the weekends of September 27 and October 25, the venue is 5 Assembly Road, Itoga, opposite Limca bus stop.
At Daluwon Assembly Hall, each Friday-Sunday, between August 30 and December 20, 2019, the programmes will be held in English, Igbo, Pidgin and Yoruba.
Also, at Lekki Assembly Hall, the programmes will hold each Friday-Sunday, between September 20 and December 6, 2019, in English, French, Pidgin and Yoruba.
