The General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) worldwide, Dr. Daniel Kolawole Olukoya, has commissioned a one-storey Medical Centre built by the Prayer City Tent Makers Group and handed it over to the Mountain Top University (MTU).

“I want it (medical centre) to be run excellently and professionally, that is why I handed it over to the Mountain Top University. In future, MTU may have a medical school,” Dr. Olukoya hinted, as he assured that the facility would be of international standard and run professionally.

He expressed appreciation to members of the Prayer City Tent Makers Group for taking the initiative, noting that the gesture will encourage others to contribute to the development of the Prayer City, as he also thanked the group for the kind gesture on behalf of his wife, who he said notified him of her willingness to be at the event.

The medical centre has a delivery room, children, private, male and female wards, theatres, S.C.U.B., kitchenette, VIP ward, prayer room, among other sundry spaces.A foreign-based medical practitioner, who has commenced the installation of modern, world class equipment in the facility, including a diagnostic centre, said all the equipment is ready and the centre will be fully equipped with the best of its kind infrastructure immediately.

Welcoming Dr. Olukoya and his entourage to the facility, the Chairman of Tent Makers Group, Prayer City Region, Bro. Martins, said it is not easy to build for the Lord but that members of the group were happy to have completed the building of MFM Medical Centre, which is the third of such projects the group will do for the church.

According to him, following the completion of the reception centre at Prayer City, the group members went to assess the clinic and wanted to demolish and rebuild it but the General Overseer, instead of granting the group’s wish to demolish, gave it the piece of land to build the edifice.
