Mohbad’s Father Insists; Burial After Justice Is Served

Mohbad’s father, Joseph Aloba, asserts that his son should not be laid to rest until justice prevails.

In response to Bella Shmurda’s plea for a befitting funeral, Mr. Aloba emphasizes the need for a DNA test and his authorization before any burial arrangements are made.

In a heartfelt video shared on TikTok, Mr. Aloba urges Nigerians to refrain from hastening the late singer’s burial.

He emphasizes his role as the sole authority, stating, “Nobody should go there and take his body, please. If they want to do anything there, I’ll be the one to authorize them.”

This plea comes amid the delay in releasing the autopsy results since Mohbad’s death on September 12, 2023.

Bella Shmurda’s frustration on Twitter questioned the prolonged process, stating, “It’s been over 2 months since Moh died, and his body was taken in for an autopsy, but yet no result…Naija police, what’s going on? We need an answer here. Where is the result? Where is his body?”

The rising star, Ilerioluwa Aloba, known as Mohbad, passed away under mysterious circumstances, prompting an autopsy.

However, the results, eagerly awaited by fans and friends, are yet to be disclosed. As the plea for justice continues, Mohbad’s final resting place remains in limbo, awaiting resolution.
