Tonye Anyanwu Special Adviser to The Presidency C. A .R

The Special adviser to the Presidency of Central African Republic on Crypto and digital Innovation Tonye Anyanwu has reiterated his commitment and resolve to work to execute his duties without fear or favour.

Anyanwu made the statement in a thank you message he delivered during his swearing in at the presidential palace in Bangui, Central African Republic.

“I am fully committed to do this job without fear or favour and with utmost diligence and determination. I hold the trust reposed in me with this appointment in high regards and so my team and I will hit the ground running”, Tonye stated.

The minister of state for Strategic Investments and Major Works in the Central African Republic, Pascal Bida Koyagbele who announced the appointment of Tonye Anyanwu to the position said he is required to report directly to the presidency, his office will do the job of oversight. He also congratulated Tonye and urged him not to betray the trust placed on him rather to do his job intentionally.

Tonye Anyanwu is a Dubai based Nigerian crypto enthusiast, digital and tech expert, and serial entrepreneur. He is the CEO & Founder of technology solutions company, Connectopia. He is also the Co-Founder of MePoint Business services, that specializes in business consultancy services with their market knowledge of Dubai and the Middle East at large.

His job as the Special Adviser (S.A) to the Presidency of Central African Republic on Crypto and digital Innovation entails the creation, maintenance and management of all digital assets and blockchain infrastructure. It will also include the unification and streamlining of the country’s records system for all public offices and entities.

“My office will be in charge of cyber security, the creation of a digital currency, and the management of digital finance services”, Tonye added.
