Nasarawa records another 13 cases of coronavirus, extends Lockdown

A total of 13 new cases of coronavirus have been recorded in the state out of the 78 samples collected in connection with the late law maker who died to coronavirus.

A total of 13 new cases of coronavirus have been recorded in the state out of the 78 samples collected in connection with the late law maker who died to coronavirus.

Governor Abdullahi Sule made this known while briefing journalists at the government house, Lafia on Friday.

Mr. Sule said that the 13 new cases emanated from Nasarawa local council and are linked to the late law maker who was killed by coronavirus last week Friday.

As at the time of compiling this report the total confirmed cases is in the state 25 with one death recorded

Governor Sule explained that from the results made available by the NCDC, no member of the Nasarawa state house of assembly has tested positive to coronavirus as much results are being awaited.
