The Nigeria Navy has again reiterated its desire to rid the Niger Delta of illegalities, just as it has vowed to bring to justice, those responsible for the recent bombing of Nigeria National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) pipeline.

The warning came on the heels of the destruction of another NNPC pipeline a militant group, the Niger Delta Greenland Justice Mandate (NDGJM).

The group on Friday claimed responsibility for blowing up the NNPC pipeline few days ago in Warri, Delta State.

Commander of the Nigeria Naval Ship (NNS) Soroh, Commodore Habib Usman, who spoke when he led a team of medical personnel to offer free medical services to residents of Akenpai community, in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, said the military was ready to deal with the miscreants.

Usman said the recent bombings were part of efforts by the miscreants to bring disaffection between various communities in the region, and the Federal Government, stressing that the military was now more ready to deal with all forms of illegalities.
