The event, a follow-up to the first edition which held in Paris, France on May 17, 2014, is to be attended by President Francois Hollande of France and a host of other dignitaries.

Also expected at the event are the United States, Britain, Equatorial Guinea, the European Union (EU), the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS), the Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS) and the Gulf of Guinea Commission (GGC).
