
He said the achievement was based on the webometric ranking as well as the institution’s giant strides in academic excellence both in character and learning as well as the milestone recorded in providing infrastructural development under his stewardship.
Jimah spoke while briefing journalists ahead of activities to herald the institution’s 25th convocation ceremony, where according to him, 28,000 graduands will be awarded the Ordinary National Diploma and Higher National Diploma certificates.
He said the convocation ceremony would coincide with the commissioning of several landmark projects across the polytechnic campuses, while the convocation lecture would be delivered by Prof. M. L. Rilwan of the Faculty of Environmental Studies, Ambrose Alli University.
