The Warri Branch of the Federal Government College, Warri Old Students’ Association (FEGOCOWOSA), in its elective yearly general meeting held, last Sunday, elected Mr. Jude Adogbeji Young as its new branch chairman for two years.

Young had previously served as the Vice Chairman to the immediate past chairman, Prince Akpobome Ejinyere, whose administration marked new horizons for the association. He also served as chairman of other key committees with resounding successful outcomes.

Supported by a robust team of value-adding personalities, top of whom is an astute banker, Andrew Komori, as Vice Chairman.

Other elected officers are: Obororhoma Akpere (Secretary); Uzochi Nwachukwu (Assistant Secretary); Onome Oghenekume Ubogu (Treasurer); Osamagbe Efehi Igbineweka (Financial Secretary); Uchenna Alex Ugweugbulam (Pubic Relations Officer); Oluwabusayo O. Akinmejiwa (Legal Adviser); Binaitari Egberipou (Welfare Secretary); and Onoriode Iboyitete as provost.

Young currently works with Cakasa Nigeria., as the Regional Manager of the Eket Area Office, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.

He is happily married to Mrs. Ejiro Monica Young (nee Egere), also an alumnus. Together, they are blessed with two children.
