Konfam 89.5 FM, a new radio station, has been launched in Lagos with a strong focus on community, culture, and giving back to the people. The station aims to provide a platform for Lagos residents to connect, engage, and express themselves, while offering offer high-quality content in Pidgin, reflecting the city’s diverse spirit.

Konfam FM’s programming will blend entertainment, news, and talk shows ans willbe committed to delivering engaging and relevant content. Its Managing Director, Kayode Adegbite, said it is more than just another radio station, but a platform for the community to connect, engage, and express themselves.

He said: “This marks the beginning of a new chapter in Lagos radio, prioritizing community involvement and cultural celebration.

Adegbite added that the station’s lineup features seasoned On-Air Personalities (OAPs) and rising stars, ensuring a mix of content that includes music, sports, talk shows, lifestyle programming, and more – all delivered in Pidgin.

He added that Sport would be a part of the Konfam radio programming as segments have been dedicated to report both local and international sports, including football, basketball, among others.
