Panic as Lagos govt leaves body rotten in Oshodi
There is currently fear of an outbreak of disease as the Lagos State government has yet to pick up the body of a man who was found dead in the Oshodi Oke area of Lagos.
The stench of the body is heavy in the air as passersby walk past in a hurry.
The Guardian called the attention of the Lagos State government on Sunday morning through the emergency number 112 in the morning. It was promised that the body would be evacuated.
However, as of the time of filing this report, the swollen body was still lying in the location.
The Guardian also called the emergency line and the same promise was repeated.
