It was reported that the car skidded, causing the vehicle with the registration number IKJ 126BH to lose control and hit another vehicle before veering off the bridge.
There are reports that the car had four occupants, all of whom sustained varying degrees of injury.
It was gathered that emergency responders and security personnel were at the scene at about 9:20 a.m.
